Jacksonville is home to the Jacksonville Jaguars and our ALLTEL stadium is one of the best to view the games.
The Jacksonville Zoo is the second largest zoo in the USA with some spectacular exhibits and features.
St. Augustine FL is our country’s oldest living settlement and my home town. Here you can walk the streets of days gone by, explore the Castillo De San Marcos, enjoy the many seasonal and cultural events which take place throughout the year.
St. Johns County has some of the finest schools in the state of Florida and has consistently improved its FCAT ratings year over year for 5 years.
Knock on wood; we have not experienced a direct hurricane hit since I’ve lived here. While we do have the occasional Nor-Easter, generally our weather is mild and warm.
With our moderate climate, we enjoy year round comfort and yet have winters that bring a nice chill in the air without all the snow and ice that comes to other areas.
Both Duval and St. Johns Counties have covenants in place to protect our natural resources by limiting tree deforestation, water pollution, and the like to create and maintain a safe environment for our residents.
Orlando is just a 2 hour drive for those seeking a Mickey Mouse adventure. Jacksonville has an International Airport serviced by a variety of vendors to offer great travel flexibility to all your destinations.
