After living all along the coast of the US as a Navy brat, Sherri settled in Jacksonville. She spent her corporate career working for a Mortgage Servicing company now called Fidelity Information Services. Her specialty was technical customer service, disaster recovery, and network solutions.
She left her 21 year career to pursue the dream of owning a bed and breakfast and did so by purchasing the Casa De La Paz, located in St. Augustine, FL. There she used her customer service skills to run the business, fulfill customer dreams of proposals, weddings, family reunions and romantic getaways and was voted “Most Romantic Bed and Breakfast in the US” on bedandbreakfast.com in 2004. Sherri’s business savvy netted them a 35% return on investment 
in just 4 ½ years.
Sherri also appeared on the TLC show “While You Were Out” as a surprise to her husband Marshall when their innkeeper’s quarters was renovated in the spring of 2004. They sold their inn in October.
Sherri & Marshall then purchased a 100 year old home. Sherri personally stripped the floors, knocked out walls, and managed all the contractors to learn the renovation process. When completed and reappraised, they netted a 133% return on investment.
Sherri and Marshall recently completed renovating a fixer upper in beautiful Vilano Beach and are now enjoying the Salt Life (link to that) in their first beach house.
She pursued her real estate license in January 2005 and has been thoroughly enjoying her new way of providing customer service to people she enjoys meeting and working for. She loves being in touch with the pulse of the community and economy. She is frequently out on the road keeping in touch with what is happening in our vibrate, active Northeast Florida region. While other areas are slowing down, Northeast Florida has slowly emerged as the hot new place to be.
Sherri loves gardening, decorating, traveling, fishing and cooking. Her future goal is to have a show on the Food Network!
